Catnap Cattery

Found Jerom to be a wonderful caring person, who obviously cares a great deal about cats. From my initial enquiry, through the boarding of our cat, to the delayed collection, a week later than originally planned, my dealings with Jerom were such a delight. Nothing was too much trouble. The cat accommodation is as good as it gets. I would have no hesitation in recommending his business to anyone that is looking for such a service. I will not be looking anywhere else for the future. I cannot find any words to describe Jerome & his staff! Everytime without fail everyone has gone over above & beyond to look after my 5 babies! (&me) an exceptional bunch of amazing people! I had the same experience. Jarrom is amazing, the love and care he and his staff showed my 16 year old cat was far beyond what I expected. My cat has special needs as she is aged and is very nervous and I was so pleased at the extent they went to, to cater for her. I was free to visit her any time I liked and I was so surprised at how relaxed she had become in their care. Their cages are well thought out with plenty of room and variety so they don't get bored. and the atmosphere is so nice with inside gardens and winding pathways and the most competitive rates. I cant thank them enough. If you really care about who looks after your cat, I do highly recommend Catnap. 5 stars*****

Totally pampered pets here. The Owner is so accommodating, treats all the cats like his own, and make sure all owners are happy too! The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming to new clients and regulars. A return stay is imperative.
