A family member had potentially a SIGNIFICANT amount of funds to lose in Crypto. If we lost these funds, it would have ended very badly due to the situation. Robert came over at 6pm on a Saturday due to the urgency of this request despite being up at 4am that day. The longer we left it the higher the chance would have been for us to loose it and for the person to catch onto it. This was a SIGNIFICANT amount of funds for this persons life savings. Robert was persistent in going through every crypto address and we ended up being able to Recover the account. He then took it a step further and transferred this money into a Metamask account that we had access to.
