Unbelievably, fast, reliable, friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more and delivered as promised , with a smile. Explained what I wanted, when(urgently) and where and it was there as promised and exactly the right thing. Made it all seem as thought it was no trouble and they were only next door rather than 1200km away and all from someone I rang on spec.
