I received my very first curly haircut from Helene at Saba recently and absolutely love it! I was quite nervous at first, but seeing Helene's expertise in cutting curly hair really put me at ease. The cutting technique is quite different to the way that I've had my hair cut straight in the past which is something to be aware of - it's more of a dragging motion up along the hair to thin out thick sections so that the curls bounce up more for more volume. This cut gave my hair so much volume and curl definition, I never knew that my curls had so much potential. It really does go to show that the cut matters when you have curly hair - if you're wearing your hair curly, you should be getting a curly cut!
