Every time I go into this store, whether it be with questions about games, platforms or otherwise, the staff are more than helpful, especially Alana, who in my opinion is one of the most knowledgeable and approachable people I have ever had the pleasure to meet when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend this store, and Alana, whenever it comes to seeking information, games or consoles.

I took the selected games to a busy counter, waited, and finally was served. At this point I was advised that 2 of the 3 games could not be found (spent 90 seconds looking) and to go pick 2 others. I advised the person that these are the games I wanted, in which he replied "We are busy and do not look for the games during this busy time (Christmas)". I left I told my husband who went back to the store to be told that what I said was not correct, so they told him that anything displayed was available, he then found the games displayed again and took them to the counter, where he was told that they would not look for those games, because it took them too long. My husband then asked them if they made all the profit for the business during this busy season, as he would never use EB games again. They said "Merry Christmas, there is more customers than you!".
We have put up with EB games for a while, they under pay for used games and overcharge for the games they do sell.
This is definitely a business that will never see my money ever again. (Avg spend per year $1200)
