From the very first phone contact with Sam from ASI his concerns with my issues was immediately evident and process initiated to address was effected. Sam arranged for Craig to call on the next business day with the tools and also maintained personal constant contact with me throughout. certainly giving me a feeling of satisfaction. Motor was replaced in no time and workings explained by Craig.
I would have no hesitation in recommending ASI to any friends or family in the future.
