Work performed was excellent. Sunil did a great job cleaning my rendered two story townhouse, pavements and windows. The render was particularly dirty but now is so clean looking and really adds to the attractiveness of the property. I had a similar cleaning done a couple of years before, but that fails far short of what Sunil accomplished. I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism, demeanour and friendly nature and the quality of the results.

Service was excellent from receiving the email reminder about the need to service the garage door, through to making the booking and finally to the work performed by the technician who visited my home.

Initial phone call was well handled on the Friday -- arranged for technician to visit on the Saturday
Saturday visit was well conducted -- technician attended at the prearranged time to inspect the damage, observed the problem and gave quotation to repair
Monday visit was well conducted -- technician attended at the prearranged time to do the repair. Repair completed quickly and door is now working. Technician also applied WD40 to the door and motor. My opinion is that the cost of the repair was reasonable especially as the technician attended on the weekend.
