I first went to Aliento in January when I bought a two-week unlimited Groupon voucher. I really liked the experience so I joined. On my second visit I got measured. Today, after 20 sessions, I got measured again and the results were amazing! I lost 3 kilos in two months, and a whopping 27.5 cm overall - mostly the core where I lost between 3 and 5 cms in certain areas! My reach-stretch has increased by 2 cm. I am so over the moon but it is not just about the numbers. I hadn’t set foot in a ‘gym’ for nearly 20 yrs and Aliento is the perfect fit. Small studio, just for women, no mirrors and no competition. Different workouts means no monotony, and I like that I am shown new exercises every time. I particularly enjoy the vibromassage machines!
The staff is amazing, encouraging, friendly and knowledgeable.
My membership allows me to go for two sessions a week - it is the highlight of my week. I so enjoy going, the atmosphere is friendly :)
