I called up DoDo for an internet connection when I moved into a new house and heard about 30 minutes of smarmy spiel of their rates. Admittedly, they are into sales, so I let it be.
They apparently cannot confirm the details on email or give me a cooling off period, so I told them I will call them back. The sales rep insisted he calls me back, as otherwise "the time he spent explaining the offer to me would be wasted" - great customer service!
Finally he calls me back, and by then I have read some other reviews of Dodo and how they have terrible their customer service is, and so i politely apologise and am in the middle of explaining when why I dont want to go ahead - when he hangs up on me. He hangs up.
Thats taking customer satisfaction to a whole new level!

Very easy to organise - the guys were very helpful and quick in responding to my emails. The same impeccable service came with the boys on the day of the move. They were helpful, quick and reliable. My 3 bedroom house took less than 4 hours to move - the fastest and most painless it has ever been. Will definitely recommend them!
