I was really disappointed with the service I received from this company and would not use it again. I bought a small gift basket ($39.95) and it did not get delivered on the date I requested. There was no communication about this and I only found out it had not been delivered when I contacted my brother 3 days (after the deliver date) to check if he had received anything and found out it had not been received.
This is despite a message on my account on the company's website saying that my order was complete. I sent two emails and called the company constantly but they did not reply to me until the parcel was returned back to them. I was then informed I needed to pay another $17.95 to get it redelivered, so a $39.95 gift basket ended up costing $75 once I paid for two courier fees. At this late stage (22nd of December), I didn't feel as if I had much option but to pay to get it delivered. My original order had been placed on the 13th so I thought it was plenty of time to get it delivered before Christmas.
When I queried why they didn't reply to my phone messages or earlier emails they said they didn't receive them, but reading the reviews here, it seems it is a common problem.
