I would never recommend that business. They ruined my anniversary by failing to deliver my gift! It should be delivered by 17.00 17/03/2017 but it hasn't been delivered yet. Really unhappy as I said my 8th year anniversary has been ruined!!

I live in New Zealand and my son and his wife live in Melbourne. I wanted something a little different for their birthdays which are a week apart and its very difficult ordering from a website when you dont know the company. I have to say I was so very impressed with this company and the gifts they delivered! Excellent communication and the chocolate towers were superb with lovely packaging. Thank you so so much for making it an easy experience and delivering on time! I will be recommending you to anyone who will listen!! Cheers!

I was really disappointed with the service I received from this company and would not use it again. I bought a small gift basket ($39.95) and it did not get delivered on the date I requested. There was no communication about this and I only found out it had not been delivered when I contacted my brother 3 days (after the deliver date) to check if he had received anything and found out it had not been received.

This is despite a message on my account on the company's website saying that my order was complete. I sent two emails and called the company constantly but they did not reply to me until the parcel was returned back to them. I was then informed I needed to pay another $17.95 to get it redelivered, so a $39.95 gift basket ended up costing $75 once I paid for two courier fees. At this late stage (22nd of December), I didn't feel as if I had much option but to pay to get it delivered. My original order had been placed on the 13th so I thought it was plenty of time to get it delivered before Christmas.

When I queried why they didn't reply to my phone messages or earlier emails they said they didn't receive them, but reading the reviews here, it seems it is a common problem.

although the site was easy to use the delivery never showed up even though I checked if it had left the warehouse 3 times. they assured me it had left the warehouse but after it was a couple of days late they advised it never left. they were apologetic and offered a refund which was good. I would never order again there again though

My dad received his Xmas hamper and was over the moon. He was really impressed. The website was easy to use and ordering was easy. Delivery was earlier than expected so cant complain at this time of the year! thanks team.

Shocking experience! Will NEVER use this company again. I have never met a company who didn't care about their customers like this one. I ended up cancelling the order and they made me pay another $17 to do that even thought their incompetence is the reason I had to cancel. Awful experience.

Hi there, My daughter just rang me delighted with the things I asked to be sent to her. haha she even said the little boxes are gorgeous and she intends to keep them too. She loves Baileys and chocolates and said the bear was so so cute. As I bought these sight unseen I want to thank you for doing an excellent job and I will recommend your business to everyone. thanks again

I wouldn't recommend or use this website again. Very expensive and charged $17.95 delivery and was delivered 4 days late - no apology and no compensation offered. Very poor customer service!

I got the exact same treatment. They do nothing to compensate for their errors and then charged me a fee to cancel the order on top!

Easy to use website with lots of choices although more higher end wines would increase the options. Delivery was on time. Its great that I can organise this so easily - being in a different country.
