This is a really nice restaurant to dine at, i had the chicken pasta, I also liked how they have a self serve vegetable bar where you can go up and choose what veggies you want and can have as much as you want. the pasta i had was just okay wasn't anything special, i couldn't eat it all and was very disappointed when i asked for a doggie bag so i could take it home and eat it later and the waiter informed me that they dont do that for health and safetly reasons, so i had to leave a half eaten chicken pasta there destined for the bin which was such a waste and which is very frustrating as it would have made great tea later on when i felt hungry again. Overall service was friendly and prices were reasonable too.

A nice place to dine located in salamance the ball and chain have a small variety on offer on there menu basically consisting of chicken, steak and fish, not alot of variety and a little disappointing as they don't actually have chips they have a self serve salad bar that you have to walk up to and serve on your plate yourself, which i didn't really like that much as there wasnt alot of salad choice, over all thou i had the chicken and it was lovely, friendly staff, prices are a little expensive but all round a nice place to dine.

This is a really nice place to get made up salad rolls, with a massive salad bar they can make up sandwiches or rolls to order, my favorite is the terriarki chicken with mayo and all the salads to go with it. prices i think are a little high but its all really tasty food and a great place to grab some lunch eat in or takeaway.

Nice friendly service, and a great variety to chose form on the menu, they have soup of the day and roast of the day and i tried the beef burger with chips, the burger was a little too pink and under cooked for my liking which was disappointing would have liked it a little more cooked. My friends had the fish and chips and the potato pie with chips which they enjoyed. Prices are reasonable, maybe just a little bit of improvement on the food is needed. But Overall its a nice place to dine.

This is a tiny little cafe, right in the heart of the city in the mall, they have tables inside and out however inside tables are very squashy and small, the menu dosnt have alot of variety its mainly toasted sandwiches and toasted croissants and breakfast meals to choose from, however the chicken toasted sandwich with sun dried tomato is by far the nicest toasted sandwich i have had the bread is lovely and thick and they have a wide variety of drinks on offer too.
