Worst courier ever to the point that I've actively avoided to shop at the store that I really like just because they use this company for their delivery.

It's never been smooth experience with them, but in the current specific instance, they "missed" the delivery (even though I stayed home all day) - that's fine. Then every single day since, they keep telling you it's coming today, with estimated time that keeps changing by the hour on their tracking, until it disappears and they never arrive at all at the end of the day. Rinse and repeat the next day, same thing. You just have to stay home all day every day all week, and nobody ever turns up.

But THE WORST part is the arrogance of their customer service. When I called and respectfully asked for a new ETA date (because the website still said yesterday), she uncaringly answered "it'll get delivered whenever it gets delivered". As someone who has worked in delivery before, I know that "whenever" is not an acceptable timeframe for a delivery business. I pressed her for a narrower answer (this week, next week, next month?), perhaps from her colleagues, but she insisted nobody knew, then proceeded to scold me, went into a long monologue about how I had been wasting her time, then hung up the phone.

I was shocked, but mostly annoyed I had to call back and wait in another long queue. A nicer staff picked up this time and effortlessly gave me a helpful answer: "it's scheduled for tomorrow". Suddenly a very specific timeframe! So someone DID have an answer. What was with all the attitude of the other person then? Anyway I waited the next day, they failed to turn up, didn't send any message or reschedule. Typical.

People in this company really have zero respect for your time, and sound like they hate you. They don't have the slightest empathy and appreciation for your time. They'll sit on your parcel and will make you wait patiently at home every single day all week with their "we'll bring it to you whenever bring it to you" attitude, and expect you to feel grateful that they'd even talk to you. When they tell you they're coming today, they'll casually (and frequently) abandon it without telling you anything, and they'll scold you if they feel slightly pressured. They don't act like they even want to be in the delivery business at all, and will tell you on your face that you've wasted their time for being their customer. There's no redeeming quality about this company.

It's a real shame that one of my favorite shops uses these guys. Why on earth would they use these guys? After repeated awful experience with this courier, I've decided I can't shop there again even though they're the cheapest. A colossal waste of time and mental health. This has happened several times, and I always feel insulted whenever I deal with them. I almost have to beg them to provide the most basic service they can possibly get away with without getting sued. I don't know how they manage to stay in business thus far. I wish shops would disclose which courier company they use before I place an order.
