Long story short !

We wanted to cancel the flights, customer rep from cancellation team quoted the airline charges and their cancellation fee (AUD 150 per per person).
We agreed on their terms without any problems and asked them to call back in few days.

Contacted them again and now the same consultant quoted the same amount but in USD.

Asked him that why the amount is changed to USD now while we paid the tickets in AUD.

He said, "it was my mistake" !!

Won't get any help, any answer from them.

Absolutely pathetic customer service !

This company is dodgy , reason behind - when I called the airlines , they could not locate the booking ref number in their system which was given by Best and Less. Also, they requested us to change the dates after few days of booking which we gladly accepted without asking any questions. And when we needed help from them, there was very poor response.

I am going to report it to Consumer Affairs shortly.

Clearly, I can understand now why they have received more "terrible" reviews here and on other websites than "excellent"

If you are reading this before booking the flights with them, think twice and save yourself.
