If you are a Lord or a Lad and need a haircut, THIS is the place to go! The staff were very welcoming, friendly, keen to please and made 4 haircuts in one hit (hubby and 3 sons) seem like a breeze. We were passing through Ballarat on hols and the haircuts and a visit to Lords and Lads have turned out to be a 'highlight' for the boys. Sadly, Ballarat is too far to visit for regular haircuts from the Blue Mountains NSW! Great (plunger) coffee, a fantastic arcade game for the boys to muck around on while they waited, and comfy chairs - sigh - why would you go anywhere else? Fantastic customer service - thanks thanks thanks! Did I mention the plunger coffee???!!!
