I paid for 2 x happy nappers in October. Sent 3 emails and so far no response. I have made 3 phone calls. The first one I got "cut off". Second phone call on 26/11 stated goods had been dispatched on 19/11 and usually takes 8/10 business days. I rang on 7/12 as still no goods received and was advised that I would get a call back on 8/12 with a tracking number and info on when to expect order. None of this has happened. Phoned again 09/12 rep insisted they were waiting on tracking number from Aus Post I requested refund, she stated this could not happen as goods had been dispatched. Requested to speak to supervisor who advised that the goods had not been dispatched as there is no stock. So all in all a really terrible customer experience, lied to all along. Have been assured I will receive a refund in 24-48 hours. Let's see if that happens.
