I confirmed that I did, and the plumber, Adam, was at my home within two hours. He explained clearly the process he would be following, and located and cleared the blockage in the pipes. Again, he took time clearly to explain the issue. I received a follow-up call to ensure that the job had been satisfactorily completed. An efficient and professional company.
