They did most of what they said they would do and all work done on my property was 5 star. However, they promised to visit mid morning, so I stayed home waiting for them. No visit/no phone call. They finally arrived around 4 pm. It all went perfectly from there.

I was very pleased to get such prompt action from Priority 1 plumbing. Quotes and following invoice were all forwarded promptly. The plumber who came as very helpful in explaining what had to happen and performed the job in an effiicient and competent manner.

I needed a plumber on an emergency basis on a Saturday morning - blocked drain. I found it surprisingly easy to reach Priority One on the phone, and the lady answering made sure that I did want an immediate appointment, having explained the extra charges for a weekend visit. I confirmed that I did, and the plumber, Adam, was at my home within two hours. He explained clearly the process he would be following, and located and cleared the blockage in the pipes. Again, he took time clearly to explain the issue. I received a follow-up call to ensure that the job had been satisfactorily completed. An efficient and professional company.

Very professional service and a high-quality job. Cost was $860 for around 1 3/4 hours of work plus $50 in parts, so their rate is over $450 per hour incl GST. A good job, but they are horrifically overpriced.

My toilet suite was broken and I didn't knew what to do. It was 20 years old and was our only toilet in our apartment. My mom had bowel issues and needed a plumber as soon as possible. My neighbour called Priority One plumbing and luckily they were available and assured us to come within half an hour. They arrived on time and inspected toilet. I am glad he said he can fix it by evening and he did it. Also, the company keeps in contact via text messages and phone calls, so you know when to expect and what they are doing at the property.

Called Priority One Plumbing yesterday about my leaking toilet. Ryan came round and gave me some options about repairing the cistern or replacing it. We took his advice and decided to swap the cistern over for a new one. Our old one was about 20 years old.We used to have a different company but after our experience with Priority One Plumbing we axed them and will most likely handle all our plumbing needs with Priority One Plumbing.
