When we chose Carly and Tim, I mentioned it to a family member who works in a profession which uses these services and she said that they were the best. After the wonderful caring and compassionate help we had from them, organising the funeral and enabling our wishes and explaining the whole process including paperwork that was required, I would thoroughly agree - they are the best.
