Katie was recommended to us from a work colleague and we were not disappointed . We thoroughly enjoyed all our interactions with her from start to finish. The communication she provided was fast and efficient and she really helped guide us through the entire process even while she spent most of that time on holiday! We were impressed with the way she explained every little detail so that we could understand everything and felt comfortable with any decision that we made.
