You just don't get many bookshops like this any more. Great range of books. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are happy to discuss books and give advice.

They are really helpful when it comes to ordering in special books too.

Pattison's is worth going to if you need to pick up a cake or some pastries to take somewhere, but it's not good for eating in.

The coffee is poor and food is served on plastic plates. The service isn't great (I couldn't get a brownie cut in half once as apparently staff aren't allowed to handle knives !?!).

The best gelato house on the lower north shore by a country mile!

Unique gelato flavours and of course the opportunity to try before you buy. Recommend the rhubarb and pear. :)

Went online and made an appointment. Online appointment experience was easy and worked well. I received an e-mail confirming appointment details instantly and later received a reminder e-mail.

They kept my appointment time. They had advertised it would take 30 minutes and sure enough it was ready in just under 30 minutes.

The guys at the store know their stuff and are easy to deal with. They are using genuine parts and provided a six month warranty on the work.
