Loving our new windows. We had the back half of our house done and the front door and we waited the 6 months for the superior and cheaper windows. The team had them installed in less than a day and were very professional and tidy. Cannot fault the service we got.

As for the windows - they are just beautiful. We reduced the number of window openings from our original windows and they all now look like picture windows. The openings are so much easier to use than the old sliding ones which in turns means we've been opening them more to let in an autumn breeze. Having the flyscreens out of the way 95% of the time is also a bonus as much more light is let in. But so far my overriding plus is just how quiet them make it. Can't hear the rain on the patio roof, can't hear the neighbours, its wonderful.

It is all so much more secure as well. My friend says the front door alone was worth it as she opened and closed and opened and closed the front door.

Only had them a week so can't comment on the thermodynamics yet but given my friend sent a photo of her house with a roaring fire while I sat cosily on the sofa with no added heat, I think they will work out well. Already I am wanting the rest of the house done.
