Desperate to get my sewer unblocked I phoned DRAINPRO the girl I spoke to was very helpful in no time at all she had organised for someone to come around and help. Jim was extremely punctual and polite and explained what he would need to do and kept me informed throughout the process. The plumber told me what was causing the blockage and whereabouts it was ,also showed me a photo tree roots unfortunately. After working on the sewer for a several hours he had successfully cleared the blockage . He also quoted me upfront so there were no surprises when it came time to pay.
