I took in a phone for a replacement face-glass on 1/5/12. I was told it would be sent away for repair and would be back in approx 1 week. I rang several times and also visited kiosk to follow up, and was given several excuses (boss didn't go to Sydney to collect repaired phones on day he said he would; then boss went to Sydney next week but went on holiday before returning repaired phones to shop for customers to collect). I was wondering if the phone had been lost and I was being fobbed off with lame excuses. Phone finally returned on 24/5/12. Not the service I had been led to expect. Quite disappointing.

I had a bulk embroidery order done, where all the items were different, depending on the levels and awards reached of the sporting recipients. It took much longer than originally quoted, and because all items were different, the lady grumbled a lot about how much work she had to do. The work was well done in the end, but I felt as if I was putting her to way too much trouble. I will not return.

Costume hire for all occasions, wedding and event hire. A wonderful array of dress-up costumes that I have used on a couple of occasions. My daughter has hired chair covers and sashes and trimmings for school events and nothing has been too much trouble. They seem to have so much in the warehouse/shed I see more every time I go there.

The chocolate is spectacular. I had a Choc-nut Fudge Brownie with Ice cream. Luckily I had a glass of water instead of a hot chocolate, or I would have been ill. It was so incredibly rich - beautiful, but rich. I also had a look at the chocolate treats and boxes for sale in the gift shop. They were beautifully presented but so incredibly expensive.

Steve has produced and supplied clothing for our school clubs for a few years now, both embroidered and screen printed items. The clothing is from excellent suppliers and his embroidery work is the best quality and his work is ready when he says it will be ready.

A great range of pies, sausage rolls and small cakes at great prices. Sometimes when you buy hot pies, they are not always hot enough, but that is due to very high turnover. Get there early at lunchtime before range sells out.

Chris always services our cars and knows them inside out. When we drove in one day unscheduled, he said 'You must have a blown headlight'! He was right. as he just knew nothing else could be wrong with our car. Now - THAT is knowledge. We would not go anywhere else for any price!

We just bought the new Subaru XV. We went in to have a look not really intending to buy this particular car but it was SO good by comparison to similar vehicles on the market we signed on the dotted line that day. The test-drive was great, the service outstanding and car delivery less than 2 weeks!! FANTASTIC experience.

A good selection of fresh meat at great prices,incl the BEST marinated legs of lamb, mince, whole steak cut to customer request. Also a wide array of frozen items, condiments and sauces. Good specials weekly. Only open at weekends at Morisset Mega Market, near fruit/veg and fresh fish section.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated with courtesy by everyone. Every eye test and exam was explained fully, and the range of frames to choose from was amazing. My 2 pairs of glasses cost $0.00 because I am in a health fund. What a change from my previous optometrist!
