The Birkenhead has wonderful atmosphere, overlooking the Port river. It has an excellent salad bar, with varied salads and vegetables. It has a lovely outdoor eating area too. Prices are reasonable and they have great specials. The Birkenhead Schnitzel is the best schnitzel I have ever had.

Very friendly and competent staff. They did a fantastic job on my hair for my wedding and my 3 daughters as well. They are reasonably priced and generally always on time with appointments.
