I filled out an online query form to obtain a removal quote through this business. If I hadn't made a phonecall as no response was given by phonecall nor email they would have not contacted me. I thought we'd give them a go due to the comparable quote and some reviews were positive. They may have been cheaper than the other quotes received. However, we got what we paid for, cheap service!
Amanda was so rude when I asked her to explain the process if we decide to go ahead with their service. She explained but she was talking too fast as if she can't be bothered doing this business! She may have been working in this job for too long.

When I let our member know that we are going ahead with 'Wemove',I told him that we will get a confirmation of when the move will be. Prior to this mind you I was in the middle of getting a removal insurance with another business too. With no, contact on our side (except a phonecall to the member who's actually relocating from Salisbury North to Broken Hill), they went ahead with the move on the weekend with no insurance cover at all! A part of this we'll take the blame but apparently, the truck hit some street powerlines causing some traffic as well.

The other issue with this business transaction was, when we paid the deposit, it was charged by 'Interstate Removals' and then the balance was charged by Greater Newcastle. I contacted 'Wemove' asking about the overcharge and Amanda said the overcharge would have been the credit card surcharge with Greater Newcastle.
Amanda at the point of my initial queries then hadn't even properly explained this. When I rang up Greater Newcastle (who made the actual move), spoke to Wendy -- sadly, was unfriendly and sounded like she couldn't be bothered to explain the difference in the charge to the credit card and the invoice sent to us. The invoice didn't even state the surcharge. I'm aware surcharges are a part of the invoice on credit cards but this didn't state it at all for the final cost of the invoice!
Again, Amanda didn't explain there will be two separate businesses that will be charging these costs.

This business is too obvious that they are just about profit and not about serving people!
We would not recommend this business to anyone! Warning for you all!
