The company has been very responsive from the moment of ordering the quote to post-removal services. I was happy with the move, with no damage to my belongings and delivered with a mattress taken upstairs - an added bonus. Thank you we move sydney!

Moved over the weekend with two young boys and a dog so it was already chaotic but WEMOVESYDNEY just made it that much easier and less stressful. Handling my furniture with such care and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving!

Ladies in the office were very clear with prices and what to prepare for to make it easy on the day.
On the day of the move the guys came on time, were so friendly and courteous, and done a really good job. I am very happy with using them to move me into my new home. I will definitely be using these guys again. Lots of different payment options as well. Whole process was very smooth.

Showed up 30 minutes late, vaping/smoking during the job, purposely stretching out the time and unprofessional. There was also miscommunication with the admin as well so we had to pay extra. The dude didn’t even bring enough tools which resulted in them wasting even more time. Honestly the move could’ve been done in 3 hrs but they dragged it out to 5 hrs (my stuff filled up half the truck). I had to nag them so many time to hurry up because we have things to do and they already showed up late.

Approximate cost: $700

Stuffed me around for 5weeks with the removalist being a no show on numerous occasions despite me having to book the loading bay with my building management and also arrange access via my real estate agent as I am interstate.

Took 5 items the first time and then scheduled another pick up for 2weeks later. The removalist kept threatening to cancel the job (which was pre-paid). They ended up leaving 1/3 of the stuff they were meant to take and did not bother to tell me until the following day and refused to tell me or show me via a picture what they left behind. She refused to give me a window for delivery but kept saying 'we will msg you when we are in brisbane' and then even when gien a window they turned up 12hrs late without telling me - 930pm on a saturday evening FUN!

Several complaints and follow-ups made to the office but they were of little to no assistance. Just kept telling me to email my complain through and then would get no response or a 2line response days later. Unable to escalate to management over the phone and office staff hung up on me more than once and threatened to call the police when I refused to stop calling back.

An absolute nightmare, endless stress and follow up with no ownership or responsibility taken. Poor communication all around. The hold music hangs up on you and they would just switch the out of office recording on when they didnt want to accept your calls.I would definitely not recommend anyone use this company in the future.

I have lodged an official complain with the Dept of Fair Trading as they are refusing to speak to me or arrange the rest of my pick up.

I filled out an online query form to obtain a removal quote through this business. If I hadn't made a phonecall as no response was given by phonecall nor email they would have not contacted me. I thought we'd give them a go due to the comparable quote and some reviews were positive. They may have been cheaper than the other quotes received. However, we got what we paid for, cheap service!
Amanda was so rude when I asked her to explain the process if we decide to go ahead with their service. She explained but she was talking too fast as if she can't be bothered doing this business! She may have been working in this job for too long.

When I let our member know that we are going ahead with 'Wemove',I told him that we will get a confirmation of when the move will be. Prior to this mind you I was in the middle of getting a removal insurance with another business too. With no, contact on our side (except a phonecall to the member who's actually relocating from Salisbury North to Broken Hill), they went ahead with the move on the weekend with no insurance cover at all! A part of this we'll take the blame but apparently, the truck hit some street powerlines causing some traffic as well.

The other issue with this business transaction was, when we paid the deposit, it was charged by 'Interstate Removals' and then the balance was charged by Greater Newcastle. I contacted 'Wemove' asking about the overcharge and Amanda said the overcharge would have been the credit card surcharge with Greater Newcastle.
Amanda at the point of my initial queries then hadn't even properly explained this. When I rang up Greater Newcastle (who made the actual move), spoke to Wendy -- sadly, was unfriendly and sounded like she couldn't be bothered to explain the difference in the charge to the credit card and the invoice sent to us. The invoice didn't even state the surcharge. I'm aware surcharges are a part of the invoice on credit cards but this didn't state it at all for the final cost of the invoice!
Again, Amanda didn't explain there will be two separate businesses that will be charging these costs.
