The actual dental care was great however the customer service was exceptionally bad in the both occasionas I had my appointments. The receptionists act like a bunch of fighting school girls - to busy blaming each other on their faults instead of focusing on the patient and letting them pay and leave! They also need to realise that the desk is not a magical sound proof booth - myself and the patients could hear everything they say. Extremely unprofessional front of house team and wasted a good hour of my time. I will not be returning, not worth the time or money.
