The actual dental care was great however the customer service was exceptionally bad in the both occasionas I had my appointments. The receptionists act like a bunch of fighting school girls - to busy blaming each other on their faults instead of focusing on the patient and letting them pay and leave! They also need to realise that the desk is not a magical sound proof booth - myself and the patients could hear everything they say. Extremely unprofessional front of house team and wasted a good hour of my time. I will not be returning, not worth the time or money.

Great dental surgery for kids. Dr Narisha was just wonderful with my 3.5 yo son. His first experience at a dental surgery and it was such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

We have been going to see Dr Lucas for approximately 10 years now. He did dental surgery on my then 4 year old, we have been seeing him regularly since until now when the 4 year old is a 14 year old and Dr Lucas and Charlene are doing her Orthodontic work. My 7 year old loves going to see them as well for his check ups. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wish dentists were like this when I was a kid. James, Charlene and Belinda have all worked on our kids. Braces came off number one child several months ago, beautiful outcome. Gentle and firm in their recommendations. Nothing but positive experiences.

Dr Lucas is FANTASTIC with kids. They respond to him naturall, with no stress or tears involved, He is very caring and gentle, and I found him to be just wonderful to deal with when our child needed urgent dental treatment. It cost us quite a lot as we did not have health insurance, but it was worthwhile and without any complications, and our child liked it so much she wanted to go back!!! even after major surgery on her teeth. Cannot recomment highly enough to any parent worried about what dentist will be the right one.

I needed a dentist that was good for kids and had HBA benefits. Our dentist Belinda is great with kids and the centre is very child friendly. I even use her for myself now.

Fantastic kids dentist. They have a 'swamp' area (playroom) for the kids where they can even draw on the walls (all blackboard) packed with toys and books. Fun crocodile logo and theme. They are super friendly witht he kids, leave the doors open all the time, have a seat for mum in the treatment room and even a drawing table and chair and materials for siblings in the treatment room. Kids treatments are totally free if members of HBA - they even have video goggles for when the kids need something lengthy done. They just pop on the goggles and lie back and watch a video while the denisit works away! Brilliant. My kids love going there - but they're a bit diappointed that they haven't needing any fillings so haven't got to use the goggles yet! They do adults too. Easy parking.

Being a specialised Paediatric Dentist, Dr Lucas has great skills in making children feel special, and comfortable in the chair, explaining eveything he does, and why he does it, and answers your kids many questions in detail. My kids now enjoy going to the dentist, which makes it easy for all of us!
