I bought a tow bar for my new CX-8 was not available when I received the vehicle. Penrith Mazda agreed to install it when it arrived.

Two weeks ago, I received the good news that the tow bar that I ordered with my new CX8 had arrived from a gentlemen in the service department. He sounded a bit older and did not leave a return phone number. I called the service department and spoke with Kayleen who confirmed the part was in. I booked an appointment two weeks out with a loaner car provided to get this done. I have cleared my schedule and took the day off.

The day before the service at 1:18 pm I received a call from Bethany that the part is now no longer available and could I call to reschedule.

This tow bar is critical to my family holiday coming up and I shocked that the Penrith Mazda service department would lie to me. Either they did not have the part and lied or you sold it to someone else.

Who does this to people???
