I bought a reconditioned laptop from this business. It had some real issues in terms of power and logic. I was disappointed, but I realise that any computer, even a new one, can have issues. What I want when I buy a computer is backup service. That's exactly what I got from Lee at Manly Laptops. They immediately replaced it and were very responsive and took care of everything. I can't say enough good things about the service. The machine I bought is a good little laptop too - this is the replacement that I'm writing the review with, and it's a neat, solid machine and good value for money. My experience with Manly Laptops is one of those rare times when you really want to step forward and say thanks to a business for doing a proper job and looking after the customer the right way - and that's why I went out of my way to write this review.
