Manly Laptop offer a wide variety of Apple products (and other brands) and David is great at finding out exactly what you need/ want and gives many options and the pro’s and cons of each product in relation to your needs.

The prices are very reasonable and I have to say I have never had an issue with a refurbished product.
It’s like getting a new product but at half the price.

I purchased a Grade A refurbished laptop and the screen stopped working after only a couple weeks of use. I returned it to the company to be fixed and instead they replaced it with a Grade B refurbished laptop that had significant damage (chips, scratches, dead pixels, broken speakers, lid didn’t close) and the company refused to send me a new one or refund me. The customer service was atrocious. I will never buy from them again.

Update: 4 weeks after sending my laptop back for repairs, I finally managed to get a satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, I had to engage in a lot of back and forth with customer service before reaching this conclusion which was extremely frustrating and time consuming. I also experienced ableism from customer support after trying to explain why I couldn’t speak over the phone. Eventually I was offered a 40% refund, although I fully believe it was only because I left a negative review and not because the company truly cares that they tried to scam a customer and wanted to make it right.

Purchased a refurbished HP Laser printer for my business when my Inkjet stopped working. Apart from not wanting to add to landfill, as a small business recovering after lockdown, I didn't have a lot to spend. Lachlan confirmed it would be ideal for my needs, it installed easily and is working like a charm. It's a far better printer than I could otherwise afford. I ordered a laptop docking station on a Monday and it was delivered to my door 150kms away on the Friday. It was exactly as described - brand new with everything promised in the box.
The invoice was emailed through early on the Saturday morning.
Fantastic service on every level and I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Purchased a desktop and a memory issue came up 2 months later. I had purchased the extended warranty as I have heard refurbs have issues. I contacted them detailing this issue and it took them 2 weeks and another email from me for them to respond (see edit). I had to outline the issue again to which their response was send it in. I live locally so requested to drop off. They insisted I post it. I contacted another computer repair store and they explained that it could just be dust. Problem fixed in a day. No store front or number to call is a huge issue and I would not consider purchasing from an online store again.

Edit: Since writing this review ManlyLaptops have been in contact with me and attempted to fix the issue. They did in fact respond to my initial email though it was sent to the wrong address as written down incorrectly when submitting the online form. They seemed genuine in their attempt to resolve the problem and were apologetic. I have changed my rating because of how genuine they seemed, though my feedback still stands. No number to call or store front creates issues when maintenance is required. With that said, I shouldnt need maintenence on a two month old, albeit refurbed, desktop.
