All restaurants in Port Douglas have the most amazing and delicious food and especially Seafood, but I think 2 Fish is my favourite Seafood Restaurant. Portion size is great, tastes are great, just really nice clean and fresh tasting flavours. Service is always pleasant, and I never visit Port Douglas without visiting here.

Hands down best store for your loved fur babies! The clothes, treats, toys, and puppy bath products are adorable and you want to buy everything in store. I purchased little scarfs for my pups (which there mummy loves more then them) little tennis balls, and there homemade carob treats. I also purchased paw butter to, which helps the pups paw pads especially during a hot dry summer. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. I always visit this store whenever I'm in St Kilda.

This place has a really nice feel to it, it's very welcoming and the atmosphere is always great. The value for money is one of the best, the amount of food is extremely filling and more often then not I'm struggling not to waste the very tasteful food! Don't leave without ordering the mushrooms stuffed with blue cheese!! YUM!! Or the Crispy Pork Belly! If your lucky you may have room for dessert :)

Approximate cost: $25

Fantastic Japanese restaurant with an extensive menu to choose from. Can't say I've ever been disappointed eating here, atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, but if you book early enough in advance, ask for a table outside as it really adds to the evening. All the sushi rolls are amazing, my personal favourite the Lollipop Sushi!

This is probably my favourite Indian/Srilankan restaurant. I always enjoy the food, and there's so many yummy things to choose from on the menu! The place is always quite busy, and it can feel cramped, but all in all a good experience! I recommend going in a group, as you really wanna order lots of dishes and share them around and taste as much of the menu as you can! The rotis and nan bread are great and there dosai selection is great!

Cant really say many positive points about this place. The food is well over priced, we ordered a Seafood platter which had items missing, we questioned the waitress who brought out the missing items separately, the items were meant to be warm, but arrived cold. We found the Seafood wasn't fresh, and for what your charged it wasn't up to quality. Service was below average, drinks ordered were forgotten, and our waitress created quite a bit of tension with the level of rudeness and attitude towards the fact we had a pram. This was the first time we ventured to a restaurant with our new born, and I was almost brought to tears with the rudeness. Had it not been a family members birthday, we would have gotten up and left within the first 5 minutes of arriving when the comments were dropped about the pram. Very disappointing, and will recommend others not to waste your money and time. I always have such high reviews of restaurants and always find positives, but I have to be honest when I say I can't think of one positive element to this place.

Beautiful Hotel, in the middle of Melbourne city. If your looking to spend time relaxing in room, or in the hotel facilities I highly recommend. Service is fantastic, staff are friendly. Pretty pricey place to stay, but if you don't have a budget you won't be disappointed staying here. We stayed in the Grand King room, and our view of the city was great, the windows are floor to ceiling so you get a beautiful feeling of space in the room. I also highly recommend the day spa, Sanctuary spa, I had the Papaya Enzyme facial, and it was so relaxing and therapeutic.

If you want to stay somewhere central in Melbourne, on a budget and within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc this is a great place. The rooms are nothing over the top, just standard, so if you don't plan of staying in your room to much this place is appropriate. If your looking to spend a lot of time in your room, I wouldn't recommend. The last time we visited we were given a room in a corner of the building which had no outside light, it was just a window which looked into a corridor, so the room felt extremely dark so if you book, it's worth asking to not be given one of those rooms! It did put a bit of a downer on the trip, so needles to say we didn't spend much time in the room.

I've been a few times and find the food is always top quality, along with the service. I find for the location and quality of food, and food portions the value is great. Great place to go if you have a large group of friends. There steaks are the standout of there menu, and there sides are actually really great and complimentary of the steaks. Try and get a seat outside as indoors can get a little loud!

If your in Port Douglas you can't pass by visiting this restaurant. Expect to spend a lot of $$$ but every cent will be worth it. The dining experience, location and atmosphere is worth what you'll spend, but the food on top of that is probably the best I've ever had. The menu changes regularly, but the taste and standard is always the best. The restaurant provides an experience you won't come across anywhere else you feel like your sitting in the middle of the Daintree. Can't recommend this place enough!
