They emailed me throughout the process from estimated date of stock renewal, availability of items and follow-up to make sure I receive their emails. They were patient in answering questions and guiding the purchase transaction. Interstate postage was timely with tracking provided. The items were packaged securely and arrived without any damage/fault. They also send follow up emails on the product to ensure satisfaction with responsive correspondence.
