I am so happy with Bayair Electrics and my beautiful new Daikin air conditioner. The day it was installed there were a couple of things that concerned me, so I spoke to Tom about it and he was absolutely true to his word about wanting his customers to be 100 per cent happy before he accepts payment. So these issues were rectified - in fact I believe Tom went above and beyond what his obligation was in the end - and I am just thrilled to bits with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Bayair to anybody because Tom will not be happy until you are happy. Any company that cares that much about their professional reputation deserves a six-star rating in my book (but alas I am limited to giving 5! ) Thank you, Tom & team.
