I prefer Gloria Jeans to Star Bucks, but coffee is coffee wherever you get it. The prices were higher than I'm used (living out towards the west) and the service was very straight forward, "Whatcha want? Here ya go."

They've got a good range, though it doesn't stretch back to the good oldies, think 7 Year Itch. It has all the hottest stuff, plus oodles of games to rent, so they do a good job of providing the videos you want, so long as they're recent.
Approximate cost: $6.95
I love candy and Dr Pepper so these guys are a good shop to check out, there's Whatamccallits and Nerds and Willy wonkers verything, and they also have a 1kg guessing game with their lollies, so its a face atmosphere too.
Approximate cost: $5
These guys are the most impressive pizza outfit I've seen in years, especially after the pizza huts all you can eat type stuff as a kid. P'Eatzza makes the pizza fresh and have good deals and a large range, so whatever you want is doable even egg and ham pizza (delicious). Plus they're good and friendly to chat with while you wait, amazing. For 2 lrg pizza drink garlic breading you're only paying $29,.90
Approximate cost: $29.90
I've eaten here a few times, and for a small suburb shop they're doing a fine job. The chicken is pretty good, and they're chips are too, but the range isn't super massive. Still when you want warm chicken they're there, so that's good.
Approximate cost: $12
King's Comics always has a massive range - just walk into the store to see - and the staff are quick to search up anything for you. Plus there's more than just comics, with anime and figurines and plenty of other nerd-things to spend my money on when I feel like nerding it up. The shop is ace.
Approximate cost: $25
I work at St Clair shops and there's a Michelle's Pattisserie and a Gloria Jeans. Michelle's does as good as or better than Gloria Jeans because the pastry items are a better bigger range and the tea is rather the same, a nice warm drink.
Approximate cost: $7
The staff were good and helped me find the book I was after. The selection of books was good in all genres and it was easy to find popular books ala 1984 etc.
Approximate cost: $20
It's always good to use the clubs and deals they give. I love movies and don't like spending too much on them, so the clubs good,
Approximate cost: $16
Hungry Jacks is probably my least favourite burger joint. The only good thing on the menu is the double/triple cheeseburger. HJ in the city is the same as anywhere the quality isn't any better.
