I would not recommend [removed name] to anyone. She is totally unreliable, doesn’t deliver on her word. She can’t make it to sessions booked and cancels on previous arrangements. She finally told my 15 year old granddaughter she was over committed so could no longer train her, which was devastating for her as it had taken her 4 sessions with the psychologist to finally get the courage to go to gym. [name removed] was told of her social phobia. We thought we were getting personal training $50 a session, only to find she trains a group of people at the same time. So not personal.
