They were able to give me the exact color I wanted, the right style and the right size – perfect fit! I didn't care about that one almost unnoticeable nick at the bottom of one of the blinds because they are not really worth being disappointed about. It never affected how they control the amount of light coming in and they still provided the much needed privacy that meets my standards.
