the worst customer service i have ever received. after originally sending me a faulty phone they spent 9 weeks 'repairing' during which time they never communicated what was wrong and how it could be resolved. after finally paying a $50 'admin fee' they sent me a new phone. which died 6 months later. its been in the repair shop for 3 weeks and finally i called the shop to find out it had been sent back to there head offices as they couldn't solve the issue. during which time my last 3 emails have gone unanswered
