I've had an ongoing elbow issue for months which was unresolved with other physios.
Seeing the team at CSSM has resulted in an improvement within a week and near complete resolution in two months. Competent, professional and friendly. Highly commend them.

The team at Hydronic heating systems completed an installation for my double-storey house. The quoting and installation process was trouble-free.

Within 2 years, the boiler system failed multiple times on a daily basis, rendering the heating system useless and leaving the house cold and without heating. A temporary fix involved resetting the outside boiler system on the side of the house each time this happened, which is honestly the last thing anyone would want to do in the cold weather late at night or early in the morning. I have had contact with one of their team members who came by to replace a defective part with a used 2nd-hand part, citing a lack of stock and committing to replacing a new part when it had arrived. This never happened, although it did fix the issue for the short term.

Within 2 years again, the same failure with the boiler occurred on a consistent basis this time with multiple different error messages. I tried to contact them multiple times through different channels - phone calls, SMSs, emails - and would only get a reply after a week.

This has now been an ongoing issue for the past 9 months. Getting in touch with them has become even more difficult with the same calls, texts and emails remaining unreplied. They only felt the need to reply soon after when I had to as a last resort offered to take this to Consumer Affairs Victoria to have this remedied, due to their inaction in fixing their product.

The boiler system has now been reset so often over the years that it has automatically and permanently shut down without the ability to perform additional resets to get some temporary use of the heating.

I'm having to go through another hydronic heating company that is responsive, professional, and reputable to have this properly fixed/replaced at extra cost.

Despite their claims on the contract that they "are just a phone call or email away", in hindsight this is now just a marketing ploy that looks good on paper but they shirk away from fixing the problem when I needed it the most. They also claim to use "hydronic heating boilers, manufactured in Europe and known the world over for superior reliability and quality"; clearly having something work for less than two years at best is anything but reliable and of quality.

If you want a quality hydronic system that works, one that the company stands by, are there to fix the problems with their product in a reasonable time, and won't leave you in a lurch when you need it- go with a different reputable company.
