During the process of obtaining a "BSB41515 Cert IV Project Mgt in Practice" via the RPL pathway, my assessor Jason Yap formulated a clear plan to assess my work evidence, map it back to the training package and made the whole process streamlined and achieveable.

Jason has a great knowledge base, a relatable teaching style and kept me informed at each stage.

I completed my qualification via a combination of face to face meetings (highly recommend for RPL as lots of ground can be covered in a short period), submission of own work examples (evidence), completion of assessments and 3rd Party Reports.

The broader Scope team consistently demonstrated exceptional communication and throughout the process I received informative and prompt responses to my queries from the Training Administration Support Mel Mercer and Pia Semmens.
