I have adopted to cats from the Victorian Dog Rescue & Resource Group Inc. As a not for profit organisation that have so many Dogs & Cats that need a second chance at a new home. I went to there website and search both the Dogs Needing Homes and the Cats Needing Homes Link. The two cats Ive adopted are the best behavioured cats. The cats and dogs they have are varied in sizes and breeds, ages. I went for two 14 month old cats, as i saw their photo on the website I knew which ones I wanted. I also brought some beautiful calenders from the Victorian Dog Rescue & Resource Group website for christmas presents and were very popular as Christmas Presents.

I had been seeing Dr Pippa Marsland at another surgery for many years, and when she left that surgery some time back, i started seeing Dr Jan Parker at another surgery in Pinewood, who is also lovely. The doctors here are great, and the reception staff are very friendly also. Dr Marsland is a terrific doctor and I will continue to see her here again.

I went in for looking for a specific book title, and hadnt heard of the book before or author, the staff here are very helpful and friendly, and take you directly to the book you are after, and if they havent got it in, they will specially order for you. The shop has a very friendly astomphere there. I went home with three books more than i planned on, but have a very happy teenager who got the books she was after.

I had my child's 5th birthday party here recently. They sent out the party invitations quite quickly, it took a few phone calls to actually get in touch with them to discuss the party. I informed them that I had one child with Nut, Dairy & Milk allergic reactions, which happened to be the Birthday child. They asked to confirm numbers and any allergy information 4 days prior to the party, in which i did, I stressed that Nuttlex was to be used on the menu items which included the platter of sandwhiches, fairy bread. Which DIDNT Happen when i went to check as did another parent to enquire if Nuttlex had been used, and to be informed that NO they didn't have Nuttlex so butter was used instead, I asked why was this the case they told me that had forgot, can i take the fairy bread away , when I said No my son is eating it how i can i take it away from the Birthday child, all they said was oh sorry about that. My son was sick that night, Im never recommending anyone to go thre for a paryty.

I had taken my cat here for many years, recently i had to have him put to sleep. The staff here are very caring, understanding, and have a real empthay for when a pet has to be put down. They do not rush you, you can spend as much time or as little time with your pet both before and after my cat had been put to sleep. The staff are very compassionate with all aspects with this procedure. As always a very high standard of services.

I will be taking my two new rescued cats there for there check ups and food, and very best of care.

Theses guys have a great range of pies , cakes, drinks and the service is very friendly and efficent. They are very well priced, I really like their gingerbread, their quiches are also great to.Defently go their for a nice lunch when in the Prahran area. I specially stop here to get my son a treat when getting him from kinder.

I found Lyn Stevenson to be very understanding she is easy to talk to about any issues, she is also great with children too, I highly recommend her.

My cat was here for a holiday, and as usual he was very happy and content. They are great and take the time to make sure that your cat is looked after, the way you want.

The staff at friends chemist, and very helpful ask if you had the medication before, and explain how to take it etc. if they haven't got a specific medication in, they will specially order it for you, in which they have done for me before, if they say iwill take two days you can guarantee the maximum time it will take will be two days. They are highly efficient and the servic is great

Had the best chicken ever, in ages from here, the garlic potatoes are a must for any potato lover, i would just go back for that alone. The chicken was very hot,moist and had a lot of flavour. Friendly service, fast service and they were really busy tonight.
