Great family getaway, with heaps for kids to do, indoor heated swimming pool is great, its located in a great position, spa is also great. Cabins very in price and some are more modern than others. Having a disabled swimming pool seat would be ideal, but haven't got one.

Jumping pillow is a hit with the kids too, but wasn't inflated all that much of the time. Nice family get away. Close to shops and not that far to drive to Wilsons Prom.

Had a child's birthday party here, booked 3 months in advance. The kids loved it, we opted for extra food sandwiches, and cheese plater which was bit pricey for the extra items, there was a lot of food for the kids, much more than other places of quality and quantity of food. Had a standard party which priced at $35.00 a child . Supervison could be improved, they didn't organise games like they inform you they do, the invitations are great. Parking is near impossible to find. Tea & coffee was meant to be included but never came. Would go back for another party though

Had scrambled eggs on sourdough toast and a cup of tea, service was bit slow, it wasn't busy, food quality has decreased, as has the cleanliness of the store, which bit of a shame as it used to be a really nice café, but not what it used to be.

The food is tasty, and quite reasonably priced, the have quite a big range of food, my friend had a Senior's roast dinner which included fresh vegetables, the kids menu has healthy food as well as the usual nuggets and chips which includes a drink and ice cream with topping for dessert. The service needs to be improved in actually bringing the food to the table. They have a internet access 5 computers which is also good for visitors or people that don't have their computer with them like me. Nice home cooked meals.

My three cats love coming here for their holiday, the staff are very caring and the cattery is always clean, my cats have never been distressed upon collecting them, quite the opposite they don't want to get in their cage to come home. Thanks Ellie & Vicki for making my cats stay always a pleasant stay :)

Having just walked past and seeing the Ball & Chain we decided to go in, the service was excellent and friendly highly commend them on the promptness , the serving and quite large even the kids meal are large well worth the value though. The Morton Bay Bugs were cooked to perfection. Only downside is limited parking in the parking strip. Other than that no complaints.

Absoutely great fun, I searched online for accomadation for a family for just one night, and saw Crystal Brook Tourist Park, the choice of accomadation options at Crystal Brook is very selective. You can choose from non powered sites for tents, all the way through to sleeping a family of 6. I chose the cabin that could sleep 5 people, the bunk is a defent highlight for the kids. The accomadation is very comfy, and lovely set up in the location, heated pool, bikes, playground and best of all the huge jumping pillow which is centrally located so you can see your kids from outside your cabin. Very relaxing and tranquil we are looking forward to returning there, again soon. Booking online makes it very easy to do.

Went here looking for a nice sit down lunch, rather than just some take away. Appearance from outside looked interesting, nice tables seemed to be filling, so decided to give it a try. Upon entering the shop seemed rather nice, but unfortunately that's where the niceness stopped. Had a roast beef, cheese and gravy roll, a cuppa tea, and a pink lamingtion. The roast beef was cold even with the gravy on top, the milk jug was dirty inside with the milk. My mates roast pork with vegatables, apple sauce and cuppacinno she didn't enjoy hers either, roast vegatables were dried and shrivlled up, and cold her cuppacinno was just watery and had hardly any coffee in it. I was really disappointed with the food, and the service from the staff behind the counter, manners would not of hurt to be used, but facebook discussions seemed more important. Expensive Expensive Lunch and day.
