Meat mother offers 4 main meals only!!! We waited 1 and 1/2 hours after we had ordered for a staff member to inform us that what we had ordered was no longer available (also a group bookings had just got in before us). They should know to put through smaller groups first!!! They said it would take 5 minutes to arrive - WHAT!!!! we had waited 1 1/2 hours and only 5 minutes to prep and deliver - just so disappointing! Our meals arrived 25 min later(not 5 as promised) and were all cold to luke warm. We asked the staff what temperature should the ribs be and they did not know. We asked the table beside us and they said they ate theirs hot. Another disappointment. We asked for the manager and all he could offer was 20% off bill - after we had waited now just over 2 hours eating cold food. We also had to ask all night for water and wine, were they would just place on table and walk away - no service for drinks at all! a Meat mother should be ashamed!!! Bring back Boris!!!
