Excellent Service ! Excellent Staff !

Allens are amazing in every way! They have moved us twice and each time were incredibly professional. We also left lots of our furniture, toys and boxes of memorabilia, clothes that we couldn't fit into our new home when we downsized. Two huge containers in fact! 13 years later we decided it's time to move our gear out. Well, the items were in pristine condition, just as we left them all those years ago. I was simply amazed at how clean and well kept everything was. Everything was wrapped up, tidy, incredibly well maintained. I could not have looked after the stuff as well as Allens did! They are a very helpful group of people and I will continue to use them every time I need to move or store items.

I recently did an emergency ( short notice) move during the virus with Allen Moving & Storage. I highly recommend the service. From my first phone call with Ben and backed up with good communication with Vee in the office , I felt supported the whole way through and I felt very comfortable that all my possession's were going to a safe, secure and well organized location. The guys that did the unpacking were great as well.

I can’t recommend Allen’s removals more highly. It was actually the best customer experience I have had with moving. Highly professional from the quote through to the end. Ben Allen even dropped in extra boxes and tape to my home on his weekend. I had fragile antiques that are important to me, Tim and Andrew who moved me were completely focussed on the delivery and unpack efficiently and all in one piece. They were also very polite, courteous and lovely to work with. It was a move from the city to the country several hours away so it was a long day, and they had a smile from start to finish.

Professional nothing a problem made moving vaguely enjoyable excellent staff that actually care about what they are doing I wish all services were like this and by the way they were half the cost of the other quote I got.
