Avoid. Reputation for service is a joke.

After several telephone calls chasing up a written quote, received it just before Christmas 2016. Quote was for screens to be remeshed and also to fit a replacement window lock. After paying a 50% deposit and making a number of telephone calls they finally came out and remeshed my screens but then told me they would have to call back with the window lock because they had brought up the wrong type. After waiting a month, I started chasing up the window lock. Eventually I received another quote for window locks (I wanted more than 1 even though the original quote had only included 1) which included a further $125 charge for installation. Another 50% deposit was also requested. I had already paid a $180 installation charge for the previous visit when the screens were remeshed and the window locks should have been installed. I am refusing to pay a further $125 for the window lock installation so no lock has yet been installed.
Owners have no idea. Talking to them is frustrating. He says she's not there because "we're old and take it in turns in the store/don't work much these days". He can't make a decision to waive the $125 installation fee without her okaying it. I have been told numerous times by staff that they will get back to me but no one ever does. Back to me after they make a decision about whether to waive the $125 or not. I had to call two and three times a day chasing up a decision.

Finally tey now told me that the best they can do is come and install the window lock (1 only) around the end of May 2017 sometime. However I am told that they cannot book in a time and that I should not keep them to this time frame. As a matter of "good business" she has told me they will waive the $125 installation fee. Sounds good but who says they will arrive anytime in May to do the job.

The service provider took the time to discuss the running of my vehicle with me. He gave me tips on tyre rotation and discussed the current and future services. Then upon leaving he left some sweet treats to enjoy. I love the mobile service because it is so convenient especially as I don't live or work near the dealership.
