Do not rely on this company I I booked absolute domestics for today I turn down three other companies because they assured me that they could do the job on Thursday the cleaners turned up this morning and I was informed that it would take four hours to clean and oven
the oven had not been used much from new and I had already sprayed it
I said to the cleaner I will do the oven myself and within 15 minutes I had the oven spotless see picture attached

I also sent same pictures to the team they sent to do the job

The cleaner said I did not know what I was talking about

she’s been doing this for a very long time and 4 hours maybe 3 would be the minimum for cleaning the oven

She was very instist I did not what I was talking about and Tiffeny and her husband Steve left the job
So upon ringing the company I was informed that they would try and get me a cleaner there as soon as possible and is was with the supervisor
Who never called me back and did not take my call today when trying to get some clarification as to what had happened however they sent me a text just now to say they had no one available
so another day gone and now no way of getting a cleaner before my vacate date
not even a personal call to say that they could not get anyone there to do it therefore I’ve been left stuck
