I purchased boxes and packing materials for a house move. Their pricing was really competitive, they had a great online store where I could look at all of their products and purchase online if I wanted to but I chose to call them and purchase over the phone after viewing the items on the net.
Staff were really helpful and friendly and they even delivered the lot.
I could not have asked for better service, it's lovely to know you can still get great service in Melton and I was glad I could support a local business.

I don't always manage to get to the shop before they close on a Saturday and wow do I notice the difference when I have to get meat from the supermarket instead.
They have the best chicken breast schnitzels I have ever tasted, and I have tasted quite a few.
Their beef mince is also amazing, so low in fat and tastes so much richer than the supermarket stuff.
Their service is always fast and friendly as well.

I have been going here for many years and have always been happy with the service. I always had Jess do my hair for many years however she left recently to pursue further studies.
I held off embracing my natural curls for many years and always straightened instead, however Jess was fantastic and I finally decided to go with a cut that made the most of my natural curl. It was the best thing I have ever done! Even with Jess gone the other ladies have done a fantastic job on my hair. I would recommend all of them. It's a really friendly atmosphere as well. The pricing is also really reasonable.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This business is so unprofessional. They don't return emails or phone calls and provide poor customer service.
I was scheduled in to get a number of wisdom teeth extracted under a general anesthetic with one of their dentists Dr Ghaly. She was really great and I had no qualms about having her do the work. I tried to contact them several times to work out final costs and after a number of unreturned emails and phone calls I was finally told that the dentist had gone on leave and informed them she was not coming back so I would need to make arrangements with the one other dentist qualified to do this work. I dropped in on a Saturday morning when they advertise they are open hoping to meet the new dentist and the surgery was closed without explanation.
After the unprofessional way this was all handled I did not feel comfortable having these people carry out the procedure so I obtained a referral to someone else and asked to pick up my x rays (which are the patients property) and a copy of the work to be undertaken to take to my new dentist.
I was told that would not be an issue and to come and pick them up. I was treated really poorly by the receptionist on that night who initially refused to give me the documents even though it had been arranged. She then cut my x-rays in order to fit them into a scanner which was the tipping point for me. I will never return to this dentist and would not recommend them to anyone.
