I rang today to get an appointment, was told to be there before 2pm to be first in. The guy behind the counter looked like he had just came back from BDO. Not professional. I waited till 2.33pm with no comments as to why my doctor was running late or anything. This hasnt been the first time she has been late for her appointments. I believe that if you are booked in for a time, then they should see you at the right time. Unacceptable in my books!
