WOW!!! What an amazing experience for the get go from Adam and the team. From sending my first enquiry on Thursday afternoon to completion all works 2PM Monday I have nothing but praise for Adam and his professional team.

I live in a quite old home with the infamous terracotta pipes and unfortunately no sewer diagram, It was recommended to get the pipes inspected for potential leaks, so I engaged Rhino Plumbing on the Thursday (via email) and within 10 mins of sending an email I had a call from Adam. His team were at my doorstep at 7AM the Friday morning.
The completed a thorough inspection of the pipes, drew up the pipe schematic, identified some small breakages. They gave me a quote to repair the pipe as well install an exit hole at the front (which my properly lacked and previous plumbers had made the same comment about). The quote he gave me was very reasonable for the work he and the team needed to complete. Not only that Adam took care of all the applications to start the process to get my sewer diagrams updated with the relevant government departments.

Come Monday morning bright and early, Adam and his team were at my doorstep and ready to start work. Adam kept me in the loop every step of the way and even though they had to do a little bit extra that wasn’t quoted for he kept to the original quote. From 7AM to 2PM the team worked brilliantly in the 30-35 degree Western Sydney heat and not only did they do a brilliant job but they cleaned up all surfaces they worked on (even better than before they arrived).

To be brutally honest I have never had such a high level of service from any trades person from their prompt response, keeping me updated, fair prices and overall professionalism. Thank you Adam and the boys!! Really appreciate your hard work and dedication!

To anyone out there looking to use Rhino Plumbing I would more than highly recommend them.

I could not recommend an electrical business more than Danny, Ross and the team at Bright Sparkies Electrical. From my very first call with them to the moment they walked out the door they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They were genuine and upfront every step of the way and were able to provide me with sound advice for the installation of several downlights in the house & upgrade of a meter box without going crazily over budget.

Not only did they do a terrific job in installing the downlights but they kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Their communication was brilliant and were able to explain things using non-electrical jargon to ensure I fully understood what was required. Furthermore, (yes it feel like one of those ads.. “wait there is more” but I cannot stress how happy I am) they were very polite and extremely pleasant to work with.

I would not hesitate to recommend Danny, Ross and the team to my family and friends and I know I would use them again in the future. Which may be sooner than they think as we will be getting a ducted air con installed soon.
